• 5.3oz (150g) Broccoli
• 7.1oz (200g) Beef
• 1 Red bell pepper
• 3.5oz (100g) Mushrooms

Preparation:
Briefly fry the strips of meat in oil. Add the broccoli florets, bell pepper strips and mushroom slices and fry for approx. 4 minutes. Add the entire contents of the bag and fry again for approx. 3 minutes.
