Shipping:
Every order will be shipped 3-5 days after receipt of payment!
We ship from Germany! Please consider the delivery times if you order.
We deliver worldwide (except Germany) with our shipping carrier "Deutsche Post / DHL" and "FedEx".
The shipping fees are after the total weight of your order including the costs for packaging and handling, and the destination country. During checkout you'll see the actual total weight of your order include packaging.
Tip: Try to reach the weight limits to save shipping costs.
We reserve the right to use a different shipping service provider than the one selected at checkout. In any case, the promised minimum shipping service will continue as provided.
Please note:
Chocolate, Cookies/Biscuits with Chocolate, Gummi Candy, Marshmallows und Licorice are very heat sensitive products. Please note this at your order. Please DO not order this products in warm season. Due to our return policy, we can't compensate melted products!
Due to temperature differences in the summer months, the chocolate can acquire a grey film. This happens due to the cocoa butter in the chocolate. The grey film does not affect the quality of the chocolate and not a refundable reason!
Best by date:
The best by date on our products is always shown in European format.
For example: A product with the best by date 01.07.2022 means that the product is at least durable until 01.July 2022
Customs:
Please also note the custom regulations of your country/state. If the product you ordered is prohibited in your country/state we didn't take the responsibility.
Due to our return policy, we can't compensate confiscated products. Please DO NOT order if you not sure.

Handling Time:
Some orders take up a long time to deliver. Please be patient and allowing up to 14 days for airmail letters. Small parcels and parcels take up to 8 weeks! The burst loss rate is very low (<0,5%) Every parcel from 2.000g and more get a tracking number and is insured. You'll receive a email confirmation from us when the order is shipped. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!)
The shipping risk is on buyers side. If you choose an uninsured shipping method without any tracking informations (typically all orders up to 2.000g) we can't compensite or refund your money if the order get lost. But, if a parcel get lost, please inform us via email and we'll find a solution to your satisfaction. (Please wait a minimum of 8 weeks before claim a loss to us)
