The "Knorr Sosse zu Braten - Sauce for Roast" is a sophisticated sauce composition made from selected ingredients, finely tuned with leeks, carrots and onions. It skilfully rounds off a wide variety of dishes, goes perfectly with roast pork or beef, goulash, meatloaf and schnitzel.
Preparation: Stir 2 heaped tablespoons in 8.5 fl.oz (250ml) of boiling water or roast juice. Cook over low heat for 1 minute. Stir occasionally.
